The Hartford Indian Varsity football team came into the final game of the regular season as one of the hottest teams in the area. After their 0-3 start, they had posted five straight victories in their “second season” and needed just one more victory over Constantine on Senior Night to seal the 20th playoff appearance in school history.

The Hartford Indian Varsity football team is, in fact, rolling right now. The team went into this weeks game on a four game winning streak after beating Lawton last week. This Friday night brought Homecoming to Hartford, as the Indians looked to defeat Eau Claire for the 13th consecutive time and move within one game of qualifying for the playoffs.

The Hartford Indian Junior Varsity football team came into the fifth game of their abbreviated season off of an off week. The Indians, due to injuries, decided not to play week seven against Lawton and decided to rest up for a road game at Eau Claire on Thursday night. The Beavers came in struggling, with a season record of 1-5-1 coming into the game.

The Hartford Indian Varsity football team has been hot as of recent. The team went into the seventh game of the regular season against Lawton Friday night having won three straight games to even their record at 3-3 overall. And now, at home for the first time in nearly a month, the Indians looked to continue their late season turnaround with a win against the Blue Devils.

They had defeated Gobles by three points in week four and defeated Bangor, 29-16, in week five. This week, it would be the final road test of the regular season, with the Indians traveling to Galesburg-Augusta to take on the Rams.

Off to their worst start since 2004, the Indians traveled to Gobles needing to win to keep its fledgling playoff hopes alive, as well as its hopes for a winning season.

The Hartford Indian Junior Varsity football team, fresh off their first game of the season last week, hosted a home game on Thursday night, as the Gobles Tigers came to town for a conference divisional tilt. The Indians, who suffered a loss to Schoolcraft, 35-8 in their opener, looked to rebound against a Gobles team that had defeated them last season, 26-6 in week two.

October 24, 2014: The Hartford Indians, winners on Homecoming last week over Marcellus, take on Galesburg-Augusta in the season finale at Indian Stadium. The Indians play their best overall game of the 2014 season, holding the Rams to just 128 yards of total offense, en route to a 31-0 shutout in the last ever game coached by David Janicki, who retired after the game.
October 25, 2003: The Hartford Indians, winners of their last six games, play in their first ever Southwestern Athletic Conference championship game, hosting North Division champion, Fennville, at Indian Stadium. Fennville won the regular season match-up, 20-18, in week one. However, Hartford exacted revenge in this game, winning their first SAC championship, 22-8.
